AIDA Monofin Freediver Course

Course description:

Are you mesmerized by monofins? The monofins are the new sensation of the freediving world. During AIDA monofin course you will learn all about materials, techniques and stretches in theory as well as applying your knowledge practically in pool and open-water.

During the pool session, a freediver will learn and the correct technique for freediving with a monofin, as well as hydrodynamic body positioning. In the open water session we will focus on open water monofin technique.

Course requirements:

• be 18 years of age or older (16 years with parent or guardian consent);
• have completed the AIDA 2 Freediver course / AIDA 2 Pool Freediver course or equivalent;
• have completed the AIDA Medical Form;
• have completed the Liability Release.

Course duration:

1 day including 1 freediving theory session, 1 confined water session, and 1 open water freediving session.

Course price: € 100 (including AIDA certification)

AIDA Competition Freediver Course

Course description:

Are you interested in competing in an AIDA freediving competition? During this course you will learn all the skills, procedures, and rules to become a competition freediver during its theory session.

These skills are later applied in pool and open water when you will get a hint of what you should expect on an AIDA competition.

Course requirements:

• be 18 years of age or older (16 years with parent or guardian consent);
• have completed the AIDA 2 Freediver course or equivalent courses;
• have completed the AIDA Medical Form;
• have completed the Liability Release.

Course duration:

1 day including 1 freediving theory session, 1 confined water session, and 1 open water freediving session.

In this course you will learn about the rules and regulations of AIDA freediving competitions both in pool and depth, as well practice the procedure of being a competition safety freediver in both open and confined water.

• have completed the AIDA 2 Freediver course or equivalent courses;
• have completed the AIDA Medical Form;
• have completed the Liability Release.

Course duration:

AIDA Deep Safety Freediver Course

Course description:

Want to take your safety to the next level? AIDA Deep Safety Freediver course will teach you all you need to learn the skills and regulations for performing a deep safety at an AIDA competition. This course would qualify you to be on the safety team in international freediving competitions.

• be 18 years of age or older (16 years with parent or guardian consent);
• have completed the AIDA 3 Freediver course or equivalent courses;
• have completed the AIDA Medical Form;
• have completed the Liability Release.
